Palash is an experienced cricketer having played in the circuit for over 15 years. He started young and went on to become the captain of the academy when he was 12 years of age. In later years he captained both his school and college cricket teams and achieved great success with both. While in school his principal had approached him and asked him to play for the school team due to the weak teams it had produced over the years without gaining much success. He would later take his school to state level championships.

After moving to Mumbai for his further studies, he captained the Sydenham Cricket team while also simultaneously playing club cricket. While playing for the club he was selected for the Under-19 team in the Mumbai circuit which is amongst the toughest circuit in India. He then played in the Indian Corporate Cricket League and also in the Rajasthan Royals trial for Indian Premier League.

Although an avid cricketer, being hailed from a business family, Palash had always wanted to start his own venture. This pursuit first led him to Mumbai where he completed his junior and senior years of college and later went to Canada for his post-graduation in Global Business Management . Being equipped with both the management skills and an acumen for sports, Palash has the right skill sets to lead our venture. He was appointed as a Chief Co-ordinator of Indian Cricket Team for Physically Challenged in January 2017 and since then he has also been involved with its activities.

Deepak is a National Institute of Sports (N.I.S) certified cricket coach, who has been coaching Indian Cricket Team for Physically Challenged which is commendable as he said in one of his interviews; “Not everyone could coach the players with disabilities for it takes altogether a different approach to make them learn the technicalities of the game”. He has been playing cricket since his school days and have played under- 14, 17, 19, and 23 in Haryana State with some of the T-20 Private leagues over a period of time. After gaining a lot of experience in cricketing field, he decided to go to N.I.S and was appointed as a coach of Indian Handicap Team in 2015 and under his coaching, Indian Handicap Team won the Asia Cup in 2016. He runs a cricket academy in the state of Haryana.

Deepak is a cricket all-rounder and have had a lot of success in his cricketing career in the past 6 years. He has been leading his Cricket Club Team and had played major leagues in the past 4 years which include Board of Control for Cricket in India(B.C.C.I) Pataudi Trophy, Delhi and district Cricket Association(DDCA) League, Indian Premier League(IPL) Camp for Kings XI Punjab and also coached his club’s junior team at times in the past.
